الشحن والتوصيل

مدة التجهيز

حتى 5 أيام عمل. كل قطعة تُصنع يدوياً بعد استلام الطلب — لا نحتفظ بمخزون جاهز. الطلبات الكبيرة أو التصاميم المخصصة قد تحتاج وقتاً أطول، ونخبرك بالمدة الدقيقة عند تأكيد الطلب.

مدة التوصيل

1–2 يوم عمل لكل إمارات الدولة، بعد انتهاء التجهيز.

تكلفة الشحن

  • شحن قياسي داخل الإمارات: 30 د.إ
  • مجاناً للطلبات فوق 200 د.إ

متى تطلبين قبل مناسبتك

التجهيز حتى 5 أيام عمل + التوصيل 1–2 يوم = أسبوع تقريباً. نوصي بالطلب قبل موعد المناسبة بـ 10 أيام على الأقل ليبقى هامش آمن — وللطلبات الكبيرة (100 قطعة فأكثر) يُفضّل أسبوعان.

خارج الإمارات

نوصّل حالياً داخل دولة الإمارات. للطلبات خارج الدولة، تواصلي معنا قبل الطلب لنرى ما يمكن ترتيبه.

عند الاستلام

يُرجى فتح الطلب وفحصه فور وصوله. إن وجدتِ أي كسر أو خطأ، راسلينا خلال 48 ساعة مع صورة — التفاصيل في سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

Shipping & Delivery

Production time

Up to 5 business days. Every piece is handmade after your order is placed — we do not hold ready stock. Large orders and custom designs may take longer; we confirm the exact timeline when your order is confirmed.

Delivery time

1–2 business days across all Emirates, after production is complete.

Shipping cost

  • Standard shipping within the UAE: AED 30
  • Free on orders over AED 200

Ordering before your event

Production up to 5 business days + delivery 1–2 days = about one week. We recommend ordering at least 10 days before your event, and two weeks for large orders (100+ pieces).

Tracking

You receive an email notification as soon as your order ships.

Outside the UAE

We currently deliver within the UAE. For orders outside the country, contact us before ordering.

On delivery

Please open and check your order on arrival. If anything is broken or incorrect, message us within 48 hours with a photo — see our Returns & Exchange policy.
